Geoff Kerly

Geoff enjoys the simple things in life - a good round of golf, well earned holidays and time spent with family. 

Over the years, Geoff has built far more than a business – he's built a community. Through hard work and generosity, he has supported, employed, and looked after countless friends, and friends of friends, giving opportunities and helping people take their next step in work and life. 

We are proud to have Geoff chairing our operations and look forward to the furrow of KCED.



Nick Kerly

Director

Nick has over twenty years of experience in the electrical industry and an excellent reputation across Sussex.

His industry expertise, strong customer relationships, and leadership make him a valued part of the KCED team.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.  He is also  chairman of Mile Oak FC, which has 27 teams from Under-6s to veterans. When he gets the chance, he also enjoys a round of golf.

Kade Simkins

Branch Manager - Ringwood

Kade has spent the last 8 years working in the electrical wholesale industry. After entering the trade as an apprentice, he spent nearly a decade learning the operational side of the business from the ground up before stepping into the role of Branch Manager.

Today, he focuses on overseeing daily operations, supporting the team, and ensuring customers get the right solutions for their projects.



Outside of the branch, he spends his time riding his motorbike, following the Formula 1 and spending time with his family.

Dominic Harris

Sales Executive

Dom is a dedicated professional who enjoys building strong relationships and bringing a positive attitude to everything he does. Approachable, personable, and always up for a laugh, he believes a good sense of humour helps create strong connections both in the workplace and in everyday life.

Outside of work, Dom is passionate about football, golf, and travelling. Whether he's watching the latest match, trying to improve his golf game (with varying degrees of success!), or planning his next adventure, he enjoys making the most of every opportunity and embracing new experiences. He brings that same enthusiasm, reliability, and positive mindset to his work every day.

Fabio Castagna 

Assistant Manager

With over 14 years of experience in the electrical wholesale industry, Fabio brings extensive expertise in customer service, quotations, administration, credit control, and account management. He plays a key role in supporting customers and the day-to-day operations of KCED

Known for his approachable manner and commitment to excellent service, Fabio works closely with customers to ensure enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, helping build the strong relationships the company is known for.

Outside of work, Fabio enjoys travelling to off-the-beaten-track destinations, exploring different cultures, and following football and Formula 1.

Callum McEachran

Sales Team

Callum helps customers find the right electrical products for their projects. Building strong relationships is an important part of his role, and he takes pride in providing practical solutions—whether that's sourcing products, answering technical queries, or helping customers meet demanding deadlines.

Outside of work, you'll usually find him on the golf course, out fishing, or heading off on the occasional snowboarding trip when he gets the opportunity.

Matt Needhams

Distribution

Matt has been an integral part of the electrical wholesale industry since 2016. Learning the business from the ground up, he started in the warehouse before transitioning into a full-time role as a driver. This hands-on experience gives Matt a deep understanding of our inventory and a commitment to ensuring our logistics run seamlessly.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Matt under the hood of a car or pushing limits at local track days.
